Video Poker Gambling Logs

Do you keep logs of your video poker play and the results of your sessions? I used to play blackjack, and I read in The World's Greatest Blackjack Book that you should always keep detailed logs of your gambling activity, and it's always seemed like one of those great ideas that you just never get around to actually doing.

That's actually one of my New Year's resolutions. Now if I can just remember to do it.

I started doing this about a year ago. Sometimes it's painful to look at, because I realize where I made a dumb play, but I guess that's part of the point.

Try it. It really helps.
