In most Deuces Wild Games, we usually dump one of the pairs, but what about in the multi strike deuces wild? If we're dealt two pair on the bottom row, do we hold one pair or keep them both?

When I play this game, my goal is to get to one of the top 2 levels. In order to advance, I'll take whatever I have to. If I have 4 to a royal on the bottom row, I will go for it, of course.
