I was over at Wizard of Odds Video Poker and realized that he's got an almost complete list of video poker games along with payout percentages, expected returns, and strategy charts. Based on the returns he lists there, it seems like the following games have the best payout percentages, if you can find a casino which offers the game:

• Full Pay Deuces Wild - 100.77% Return
• Full Pay Pick'em Poker - 99.95% Return
• Full Pay 9/6 Jacks or Better - 99.54% Return
• Bonus Poker - 99.36% Return (Depends on the paychart)

That's not a complete list, but those are some of the better payout percentages. Any kind of decent slot club will bump those 99.something%'s up into close to break-even territory.

It's recommended to learn Jacks or Better strategy first, because most other video poker game strategies are pretty similar.
