Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, were you able to receive compensation from the casino?
Restaurants usually have liabilty insurance which helps out, but it may be different with hotels and casinos. I have also heard that most of these places have a policy of always denying the claims. Still, you can always report it to the Department of Health. They are there to help, but you have to let them know so that they can act on it. Google "Reno Hilton Outbreak" if you want to see why it's so important that you report food poisoning to the proper authorities.

Its never happened to me at the local native american reservations, and if it did i bet they are fully covered on it.
