When I was about 15, my cousin and I took a cruise to Mexico. Since I had some facial hair, I sat at the video poker machines normally without anybody bothering me.
We played a game that is similar to jacks or better. But, if you win, you get the option of doubling up. Then a mini game would resume where 1 card is displayed and you got to choose 1 of 5 cards face down, hoping that your card is of a higher value than the computers card. If you win, you winnings double. If you lose, you lose it all. Anyways, I once doubled from a quarter to about 16 dollars... so, i'm wondering what game this is because I wanted to play at my local indian reserve casino. Thanks! |

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the forum!
I don't have an answer for you, but hopefully someone can come along and help you out. Anybody?

Yes
You do not see this around much anymore. It is a simple option of doubling up at the end of a hand. Older casinos should have some of these machines. Any of your machines have a doubling up option at the end of the hand? Is the question you want to ask. SK |
