According to my calculations (which may be wrong ), the odds of getting a royal flush after holding no cards would be around once every 95,872 hands.

If anyone is better at math than me (which is likely), speak now or forever hold your peace.

Not too great of odds but still better then winning the lottery by far. Im more of a singles and doubles hitter going for the small wins.
