Is anyone familiar with a VP game in Washington State that has a Match Card feature?

A card appears after each hand and if it matches the last card in your hand you get a payoff.

They're patterned after scratch-off ticket games. When you spin the reels or press the Deal button, you are basically getting a scratch-off ticket from a pool. The "ticket" determines how much you won on the hand.

I don't really know how it works. Doesn't sound like one that I would want to sink a lot of money into.
