As reported by the Press of Atlantic City: "Call it the big tease for a big project.
"The designs, size and even the possible name of the casino remain a secret. But that isn't stopping Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. from tantalizing the public with its plans for a $1.5 billion megaresort in place of the old Sands Casino Hotel. "As part of a multimedia promotional blitz by Pinnacle, new billboards have gone up on the Atlantic City Expressway promising that the casino will have been 'worth the wait' by the time it opens in 2011 or 2012. "…Pinnacle also launched a new Web site Monday that promotes the project. As plans progress in coming months, the site will be updated with fact sheets, artist renderings and other interactive features. "…One section already available on the Web site allows vendors to register their company information for future business opportunities with Pinnacle. However, anyone looking for jobs will have to wait because the Web site notes that the company is not accepting applications at this time…"
